‘’HYPOXY ALUMINIUM LIQUID’’ for bucket elevator steel cord belt jointing application is aluminium filled epoxy compound in pourable form and most commonly used for making strong joint in Belt type bucket elevators. The cured deposit is 100% void free with zero shrinkage.

The product has following added features—

• It is self hardening type and doesnot needs pre heating to convert into liquid form to pour into the joint.
• It has Low density with high strength – This feature shall help in achieving lower material consumption without compromising the desired mechanical properties. This feature shall also reduce the additional weight addition due to use of epoxy compound.
• Very low – Negligible shrinkage.
• High temperature Resistance.
